We have a no return policy, only exchange.
You must exchange your purchased item(s) the very next day of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at kayjaybykj@gmail.com If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Please note the courier charges will be borne by the customer (an exception might be applied in certain cases).
An exchange is eligible when it is size-related or if you want to exchange for a product the same amount as your original order or higher.
Custom made orders cannot be exchanged, they can only be altered.

How do I cancel my order?
Currently, you cannot cancel prepaid orders placed online. If you wish to cancel a COD order, please reach us via Whatsapp or e-mail and our team will assist you within 12 hours of placing the order. No order can be cancelled once it is shipped.
How long do you take for delivery?
We dispatch your garment within 7-10 working days and post that, it takes 2-7 business days to reach you depending on the pincode.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we have free shipping pan India on prepaid orders.
Do you deliver abroad?
Yes, we deliver worldwide on a chargeable basis.
Do you have the option of express shipping?
Yes, we have an option of next day deliveries on a paid basis to almost every city within the country.

Yes, we can customise anything and everything according to your preference, be it the colour, design, or sizing.
Do you have an exchange policy?
Yes, we accept exchanges if they are brought into our notice within 24 hours of delivery. Customised orders cannot be exchanged.
Do you have a refund policy?
Unfortunately, we do not have any refund policy since we follow a mode to order model of business.
Do you cater plus sizes?
Yes, we have sizes from XXS to 5XL. If you can’t find your size in guide, you can share your custom measurements with us and we’ll make accordingly.
